So, i've got a new job. 

It's in a lovely colourful little shop in the center of my hometown Celje. Meet Vila Malina.

just another day...

huh. i have to tell you one thing. it really is hard to write titles to the new posts! 

yesterday i've spend my whole day in Ljubljana (Slovenia's capital for thos who are not fellow citizens).

had to go to the uni, dropped off some of my stuff to various shops & strolled around all the lovely shops Ljubljana has to offer. i was rather dissapointed in the clothing departmnets. not that they don't have enough clothes (we all know that is NOT the case lately) it's just... nothing relly caught my eye. and some are gettin more and more expensive without increasing in qulity or design. 
so my mini shopping ended up in buying a new bag, Rice cup, washi tapes and beads, new lipstick and an additonal cosmetic bag instead. a good turn out none the less.

So, we had another holiday weekend. Easter to me is more or less the time to see my extended family and eating chocolate :) and as i've pointed out in the title, i haven't ate any real eggs! except chocolate ones. i will never say NO to them. i've cooked some yummy food, was creative and enjoied first raindrops of the season. 

Today i start another chapter in my life, which im really happy and exited for! 
more of that later ;)

seriously. when have i stopped posting every 2 days or didn't bother to do so 'cuz of NO TIME?!

it really is frustrating when you want to be all cool and multitask everything universe throws at you. usually i'm pretty good at it; but even i have to admit defeat.

i'm swimming in the sea of piled up creativity, studying, not the right inspiration & feeling of being run over by a truk.

i'm hoping i'll get out of this funk soon. NOT my cup of tea at all :)

50+50

this satruday i've spent celebrating my aunt & uncles 50th birthday.

i have to say i had a great time! the whole closer family got together. they've (the 50+50 couple) arranged the whole trip with a bus, just for us.

we went to Slovenia's Primorje - Vipava, Ajdovščina, Kras.

we saw a lot of beauty that that region has to offer, ate great food and drank some fantastic wine. all in all a perfect intimate celebration! :)

tmrw they are going to Ljubljana with me.

 

have a very sunny thursday (especially those who are from Slovenia. we've been having totally "springy" weather, so lets enjoy it!).

some new additions have happen to hop in my closet.

some pastels, some royal blue, animal print ...will always be in my closet, stars - are out, but the piece had a super low price + on how moody fashion is, im sure we'll see them soon and ...h&m green flats which will soon get a Mimi pimp over.

i'm not a big fashion slave and i don't tend to dress myself in every single thing that is offered as "IN".

lets face it. there are not a lot of ppl that can pull off every single trend that is thrown at us (almost) daily.

i do pay attention to it* and work dress myself around it.

2 things are important to me :

1. being comfortable in what i have on (even heels, if the mood is right)

2. still being true to my own style no matter the fashion trends

after spending some awsome pust (carneval) saturday - p.s. this was the first time in all my life i was not in costume ! - with people i haven't seen in a long long time i had to have an easy sunday.

h&m 2012 fashion against AIDS

super fashionistas already know about this one!

new H&Ms Fashion against AIDS collection (out on 26th of April). i love the whole Mexican Day of the Dead theme & neons which are (again) IN this year.  fashion is recyclable, so i'm pretty sure we'll see this trend repeated next season. 

i've made a little collage of collection's pieces that i like the most and would not mind having them in my closet.
