versace + h&m

another H&M feat. "insert a famous designer" campaign is on the go. i must admit i was looking forward of every featuring designer that colaborated with h&m, but i never came close of buying something - i was working, had classes or couldn't be bothered with pushing myself through the line of obsessive shoppers + in the end i saw that some things were not really worth buying (didn't fit at all, bad quality...)

Versace for H&M - tho i love colours i'm really not bold enough to be wearing those colour combos; but i am very very very exited about their BLACK pieces. maybe i'll even stand in line for one of those... that would be a first.

loving hut. veggie-vegan mini take in/out restaurant. i was so thrilled i found it (even in our small town). it's fast, fresh and healthy.nom.

lomo

since this october i ended my job @ FLAT. probably for a year, but i'm still adjusting to the fact i don't have to be somewhere at 9 o'clock.

as a "goodbye-see-ya-later" gift my bosses gave me a brand new Lomo Diana mini camera! i was so exited and touched, because i really felt like i ment a lot to them and we've really made an awsome team over the past 4 years! (gees, i've been there since the opening of the shop) i already put it to use, but it will take some time untill the pictures will be developed. pictures can't be deleted so i'm REALLY picky what will i take a picture of...this could take a looong time :)

+ i had some fun with bleach this weekend. i cut off the hoodie and the ends of the sleeves on my old sweater and i just sprinkled some bleach whereever i wanted the color to fade. this kind of style is pretty IN this season, so if you have some old t-shirts, jeans, sweaters, leggings ...you can bring them back to "life" with some drops of bleach. make sure you have a plastic surface underneath and use gloves! leave it to dry over night (the effect of the bleach is stronger the longer you leave it on), wash it under warm water (to remove excess bleach and smell) and then wash it in the washing machine. the effect is great and you made it yourself so you get extra creativity points for that!
now excuse me, i've got some black clothes to blech back to life!

hearts

after i "dropped off" 3 necklaces i've got the order to make more of them.. i only managed to make 2 and they are already waiting for the new owners.

yesterday i got a super suprise in the mailbox! i got my first set of WASHI tape. they may look tiny, but there's a lot of tape on them. i am still waiting for the other ones. i got to do my first DIY with them.
 

oh, and there are four more necklaces in the making + tomorow im going to go pick up a little addition, that i had specially made, for my designs. stay tunned!

visiting...

 a few days back i visited a lovely little shop in the old part of Ljubljana. was not the first time i was there, but was a first that i finally remembered to bring my camera and took a few pictures.


it is always a treat when i come & i always try to leave with a little something.

 

i actually managed to "collect" a whole total of 26 itmens (and more to come) from SISI shop :) talk about crazy for melamine :]

washi tape

ever since i've came across these tapes i've been wanting to have one...well two..ok four.and i've ordered 3 & via my best friend in London another two. i can't wait to get them and start using them in sooooo many different ways. for a little creative kid inside of you :)

bohemian color

 i ADORE these color palettes! i can't get enough of turquoise...or any other color for that matter.

 this gave me a great idea for DIY pillow - on my TO DO list!

 and this. i have a lot of basic frames that need a place to stay. with a little transformation and color they can make funky little gallery.

AS project

i FINALLY finnished and sent the embroidered piece of fabric to perticipate in a Almira Sadar - vezena blazina project.

i made what i wanted and in colors that i love (practically ALL)


now i and many other talented individuals that took part in this lovely project, are waiting to see what wonder will come out of all our pieces.


All of our creations will be seen in a special exhibition on Design-Expo 13-14. October.

can't wait!
